Drawing basic UI elements

You can "draw" commonly-used UI elements directly on the board using Quick Draw. Press and hold the related letter key to enter Quick Draw mode. The mode stays active only while the key is held down and exits as soon as you release it.

While in Quick Draw mode, click to add the element with its default parameters, or drag to size it on the canvas.

• Text (T) - Click to add a Text control, or drag to add a block of text.
• Rectangle (R) - Add a Rectangle element to the board.
• Image (I) - Add an Image element to the board. The default is a placeholder but you can add your own images from the selection toolbar.
• Arrow (A) - Add an Arrow element to the board. Remove the arrow heads from the selection toolbar to get a simple line.

After you've added these elements, you can convert them to other elements by using the transform menu.
