I’m Head of UX at Balsamiq, where I’ve spent 9+ years in the best kind of career accident. I started in Sales Support in 2016 and found my way to product leadership.

I’m passionate about shepherding early ideas into usable solutions that solve real user problems. I’m not an engineer, but I love diving into code and scripts to extract user insights.

As someone who learns by doing, I’ve experimented with processes to help us ship better, faster. The sooner we bring value to users, the better.
