Brendan Saricks

Customer Success & Support Leader

Brendan is a Customer Success and Support leader with over a decade of experience helping people get the most out of the products they use. He's spent his career in customer-facing roles, always centered on one question: what's the best way to help the human on the other end of the line?

Previously, Brendan led human-centered support at Balsamiq, guiding the team to higher-than-industry-average CSAT, record response times, and a support experience customers actually remembered. These days, he spends his time supporting other products and teams.

Brendan is passionate about clearing anything that stands between users and their creativity, so people can bring their ideas to life with as little friction as possible.
