Enhancement: Horizontal two-finger scrolling for Macbooks

Not sure if Adobe AIR allows this, but I'd really like to see the folllowing enhancement.

I'm on a macbook pro and very much used to scrolling using the two-finger swiping on the touch pad. From what I can tell this works perfectly when it comes to vertical scrolling. However Horizontal scrolling does not seem to be possible.

This is especially inconvenient when it comes to navigating the UI Library which uses lots of horizontal scrolling.

Thanks a lot,
-- Felix

Hi Felix, that would be nice indeed. Unfortunately I don't think AIR knows how to deal with the two-finger-horizontal scrolling...not yet at least. Hopefully in a next AIR update...I'll post a feature request in the Adobe bugbase!

Is this still true with show leopard? I heard that some internal api-stuff was improved...
Being able to scroll without clicking the scrollbar would be just great!

I agree that it would be great, and yes it's still true for SL. :(

Hi all, the Prerelease version enables horizontal scrolling in the Library and in the mockup area. A Mac and a trackpad are required, it seems not to work with the mouse.
