Well, that's the behavior we want. :-)

The Save panel of the first new or cloned mockup shows you the Desktop folder. You save the mockup in the folder you want, and then this folder will be remembered for next Save operations of new or cloned mockups.

I understand your request of showing the folder of the original mockup in case of a cloned one. We plan to solve this need later, when the concept of Projects will be added to Mockups.

The "assets" folder is a subfolder of the folder that contains the bmmls of your "project". If should be able to move the project folder where you want, because the image links are relative.
If it doesn't work for you, then it means that you found a bug! :-(

Hi, it turned out that the cause of this strange bug is Adobe Air 2.0 beta.
We suggest to go back to Air 1.5.3 until Adobe fixes the problem.
