What is the estimated price for transcribing of 1 minute of video?Iam confused by this answer in the FAQ's:

Transcription costs $20 per hour, or 33c per minute. We round the length up to determine the cost. For example, a video of length 3:30 costs the same amount to transcribe as a 4:00 video.

This is not clear to me:
Will a 4 minute video cost 4*33cents? I don't think so.
What will the average transcriber transcribe in 1 hour? 1 minute? 5 minutes?-
