The Virginia Credit Union changed their login process and your profile for them needs to be updated. They now have a two-page login process wherein you enter your login id on the first page, click submit, enter your password on a second page, and then are logged in. Occasionally, they challenge you with one of three pre-established personal security questions. These questions have also been updated from their previous system and will need to be updated in your profile.

I've had the same issue... from what I can see, Mint.com's account profile is setup for VACU's old net-itfinancial.com account management system and not this new system they migrated too this past Fall. I sent detailed instructions to Mint.com back in November 2009 and have heard nothing back.
