Humancell replied on March 03, 2010 17:23 to the idea "Offer private messaging capabilities" in Get Satisfaction:
I have to say it is disappointing, and almost amusing, that real customers are here on a "real customer feedback service" providing real feedback that this is a severe limitation of the service ... and yet no one seems to acknowledge that.
I am still getting private messages from people from time to time, and it blows my mind that I have no way to track these, an to reply privately to these people.
It is a very frustrating limitation, and other people have come here to share that same issue ...
Please do something about this ... it would make the platform a lot more useful.
Humancell replied on January 12, 2010 17:41 to the idea "Use a default date/time for the "Later" option" in HootSuite:
I'd actually like the default date/time to be set to my "last scheduled" tweet.
Here is the use case:
I'm entering a whole set of tweets to be scheduled into the future. I don't want them all going out right now ... I want them semi-randomly scheduled at intervals throughout the day. I schedule the first one in 15 minutes ... the next one should default to *that time* ... so that I can then move it forward maybe 20 minutes. When I go to schedule the next one ... the default date/time would now be that latest one ... so that I can move it forward by maybe 30 minutes.
By defaulting to the "last time" ... the one that is the furthest out ... it allows me to easily then schedule the next one at some time beyond that.
When I sit down and schedule 20 or 30 tweets ... it becomes very difficult to know when the "last one" is going to be sent, so that I can then schedule one after that.
Give me some option to allow for that ...-

Humancell replied on January 12, 2010 17:34 to the problem "Pop-up notices block typing" in HootSuite:
Well yes ... that is exactly it. I mean, I click the "Shorten URL" button, and the text box looses focus ... I can't then get focus back to the text box until that message disappears.
You really ought to consider putting those messages into their own div or something ... not doing the overlay. Add a small div about the text entry box to display them ...
I'm testing again now, and when the message is being displayed I can't even click my various accounts to check them ...
Sorry ... it's really annoying, and I was trying to get things done last night and finally have had enough. It's slowing me down far too much on scheduling tweets ...
Humancell asked a question in Qik on January 12, 2010 08:08:
Status and Chat with new iPhone version of QikWhen streaming on my iPhone with the new version of Qik, how do I see the status, and chat?
When I click Record, the streaming status disappears from the display, and I'm not sure where/if I'll see chat messages ...
Humancell asked a question in Qik on January 12, 2010 08:06:
Why is Qik "restoring" after almost every video?Lately, after I stream a live video and stop, the app says it is then "restoring" the video ... and it takes a long time. What is "restoring" and why is it doing this?
I never had this issue in the past?

Pop-up notices block typingWhen I am attempting to do things in HootSuite, you are constantly popping up status messages at the top of the page ... and they are EXTREMELY annoying!
For example, if I shorten a URL, you insist on popping up the message that I shortened it (even though I can see it was done) and you BLOCK MY TYPING while that stupid message is being displayed.
I have to then WAIT for the stupid, redundant pop-up to disappear, before I can then type my tweet, or further edit the text. This is in Firefox ...
PLEASE get rid of these stupid messages, or allow me to type and be productive while they are being displayed ... the constant waiting is very annoying!

Login incompatible with Firefox remembered username/password!Your new pop-up login box sucks completely. I have saved my credentials in Firefox, and when I click to login, Firefox is no longer able to enter my credentials for me. Even if I enter my username, the password is not filled in for me automatically.
I used this in the past with your site, until to changed to the "newer" login ... which is LESS functional.
I use Firefox to store all of my credentials for all of the sites I use ... hundreds of them. Yours is now a pain to login with. I have multiple accounts with you, for several personal and company purposes ... now I have to manually login each time.
FAIL. :-(
