Erika.Cooper shared an idea in Balsamiq on January 29, 2010 19:09:
Commoon assets in confluenceI was not able to find a suggestion regarding this already, so I apologize if it's something that has already been asked.
The company I work for purchased a set of Mockups for Confluence licenses, and I would love to use it so that other people in the company can make notations on my mockups, but there is one thing holding me back. Currently, I use A LOT of images in my mockups because I use them for icons. In the Confluence version, images can only be pulled from the attachments of the current page, the web or Flickr. The web and Flickr are out because of licensing, so I have to use the attachments. My problem is that I'm always using the same images and it seems unnecessarily laborous to have to upload the same images to every page.
One way that this could possibly be solved is if the import image UI gave you the choice to choose what page's attachments you wanted to import. Then I could have 1 page with all my images attached to it and just have the other mockups point to those images. Ideally, they would not have to be in the same space, but I could understand if that isn't possible and the pages have the exist in the same space.
Anyone else have this problem too?-
