Too many quotes, no big links/buttons on support page

Comment on "Support" page:

Hi, I really like Balsamiq, and just purchased yesterday after following you on twitter for the past year and using the trial.

However, I feel your support page has lost its focus a bit. With all the quotes everywhere about how create support is, I have to search (and read) through the half the page just to find that hidden "Get Satisfaction" link (presumably your primary means of support after FAQ?).

Ditch the quotes, three big buttons:

FAQ | HELP PAGES | COMMUNITY
