Site structure, hyperlinks and reusable groups of functions - does Balsamiq have these?

Hi I am almost ready to buy, but I cannot seem to find out whether different pages can be linked together by hyperlinks and whether I can start with a site-map with the navigation cross-linking the pages. Also, is there a way of grouping elements together and reusing this as a sitewide component? I would be grateful for your answer.
