Second keyboard shortcut for closing Presentation Mode

Can you add a second shortcut for closing out of Presentation mode? Some programs (namely Adobe products), lock the <esc> key, which leaves killing the program as the only other option if Photoshop or Illustrator are also open. When we're porting from Balsamiq to our final designs, it's nice to have Balsamiq open on one screen and Adobe on another ... adding this 2nd shortcut would enable this workflow.</esc>
