Re-enter license key when upgrading mockups
It seems like every time I upgrade mockups (download and install the latest version from http://www.balsamiq.com/products/mock...), I have to re-enter my license key.
Does anyone else have that problem?
Am I upgrading incorrectly?

I have this problem, too!

Inappropriate?Hi there, you definitely shouldn't have to do that. How are you updating? Simply installing the new version (by clicking on "install now" here: http://www.balsamiq.com/products/mock...) on top of the old one should work. Are you maybe uninstalling first? If not, what OS are you on?

Inappropriate?Mac OSX 10.5.8
(Mac Pro, for what its worth)
No, I'm not uninstalling first. Whenever I've upgraded, I go to the page you referenced, open the .air file and select 'Replace.' Everytime, Mockups has forgotten that I'm registered, and I have to enter the serial key.
This isn't a major problem by any means, but wanted to report it.
I’m mildly irritated, like when there's a fly buzzing over your ice cream

Inappropriate?Hmm, this is very strange. Can you maybe define "open the .air" file a little more? Any screenshot you could share of the upgrade process? Or maybe even a quick http://www.screenr.com screen-grab (just uncheck the "tweet this" checkbox at the end).
I’m not happy when people are irritated
