It's just that everything is so tiny and i'm so old. Can you make a vision-imparied version of that control with black icons on white with a black background?

Inappropriate?I missed the feature too. I was looking in the toolbar below the menu, because that's where I'm conditioned to look for such things by Word, Photoshop and the likes.
