When I click "Export PNG" there is a pause and a flicker but then nothing happens.

Inappropriate?Hi Terry, that's odd. Could you perhaps email me the bmml file in question?
One thing to try is to see if this still happens in 1.5 pre-release: http://www.balsamiq.com/products/mock... -
Inappropriate?I waited until I got home before responding because I wanted to check my hunch that this issue had something to do with shared folders. Even once I was back home and reconnected the "offline folders" network share, it still didn't work.
If I save the BMML file on my desktop, however, exporting works perfectly. I tried some other files, and got the same result.
Even though cached and shared folders should be transparent to the application using them, somewhere between AIR and Windows this breaks down.
This is for a workgroup share, both machines are laptops running XP SP3.
I think that if Export to PNG brought up a "Save As..." dialog, rather than automatically trying to save wherever the BMML file is, there'd less chance of an error, and it needs to give visible feedback if it can't save the file.
BTW... is there any chance of Export to PDF?
I’m still sometimes bemused by Windows networking, even after all these years.

Inappropriate? Thanks for the help debugging Terry. I'll see if I can reproduce this locally, I should at least show an error if the export fails. I like your idea of a "save as" dialog, but I want to mull it over for a little while if you don't mind...anything that adds a click should not be taken lightly! :)
