No dialog cursor in Full Screen mode

In Full Screen Presentation mode, if you attempt to quit with unsaved changes, a dialog appears to alert you, but it's very difficult to push the buttons on this dialog because there is no visible cursor. The giant blue arrow cursor remains on the screen, but it is behind the dialog.

I’m nitpicky (but hopefully in a good way)
