New font doesn't look good at small font sizes if bold

I've found that the new font doesn't look good starting as 12 px and below, if I make it bold. The small "e"s become dark spots resulting in a very bumpy overall impression.



I know we're not supposed to have a perfectly looking appearance in our mockups, but in the screen shot above it seems as if I've used at least two fonts and thus for me, the resulting image just looks somewhat too unprofessional.

Anybody else feel like this? Or is it just me?

This is with Mockups 2.1.1 on Mac OS X 10.6.8.
