Inappropriate?
I came up with a work-around. Create a Tooltip and enter a single space character for its text. Resize the Tooltip and add a Label with your actual tip text in it. Make sure the Label is layered above the Tooltip, group the 2 and there you go.

Inappropriate?Thanks Peldi, the workarouhd works fine. In fact, maybe you want to just remove the text option from the comment and let people use a separate label for the text so they can change style, color and size?
