Mockups in Confluence saves changes as "Anonymous"
We love Mockups, but we're occasionally seeing an issue with Mockups for Confluence where some page and attachment edits performed by the plugin are being performed by "Anonymous."
This can make it difficult to see who exactly made changes to a page or mockup when you are collaborating with multiple users.
Anyone else running into this?

Inappropriate?Hi Paul, sorry for not getting back sooner. I have not seen this happen before, can you give me a little more info on the issue? What would really help is a list of steps to reproduce it, though I understand it might be hard to do.
-
What I did:
- Opened a mockup
- Went for a lunch break, which took longer than a normal lunch break
- Came back and saved my mockup - in the mean time my confluence session was automatically closed. -
Hi Francis, thanks so much for these steps, I need to fail more gracefully in these cases for sure! I'll try to fix this ASAP. -
Inappropriate? Thanks Francis! I've been trying to reproduce this myself and haven't been able to until now.
Peldi -- There's one other instance of Anonymous changes that I can find:
If you import an image into a mockup, that image is attached to the Confluence page as Anonymous. This occurs even if you have a valid Confluence session.
Replication steps:
- Add an image to the mockup
- In the properties inspector for the image, select to Import an Image
- Choose a file to attach and click the Attach button
If you go look at the page you'll see the image has been attached to the page as Anonymous. -
thanks bcarr, I'll take a look, it should be an easy fix -
Inappropriate?Any update on this issue? When more than one person is editing a mockup, it can be difficult to track who last made changes.

Inappropriate?Hi guys, I'm so sorry for not getting to this. I'll try to fix it this week. Harass me if I don't, I deserve it.

Hi Peldi -- Any ETA on this one? -
Hi Paul, I looked into it and couldn't find anything obviously wrong with my code, I call attachment.setUsername but Confluence seems to ignore it. We are looking deeper into it today. -
Ha! I think I found something useful: http://forums.atlassian.com/thread.js... - off to code it now -
Inappropriate?Hi guys, we think we fixed this! http://www.balsamiq.com/products/mock... to try a build with the fix in it. Let us know how it goes!
