I am using Balsamiq for Confluence and I have changed the server url. The old url was like:
http://projects.mydomain.com/wiki
and the new url is like:
http://wiki.mydomain.com/
I have two problems now. First I when I try to create new links in Balsamiq it always adds a "/wiki/" to the link path. The result of course is that all new links are broken. The second problem is that I need to get the "/wiki/" context path out of all the attachments.
I am running all this on Ubuntu and am perfectly comfortable using Sed and Awk or other command line tools but I want to know the proper way to fix all this without breaking Confluence

I've pinged one of our engineers in Europe to look at this issue tomorrow and see what he can do to help.

Nothing on this? Balsamiq is effectively broken now. All new links that are created are bad. I need to know where to remove the old context path that is being added to all the links. I will get the Atlassian guys to recommend how to fix the old content but my team's productivity has come to a halt because we can't properly link the mockups.

Sorry no one has gotten back to you, yet. I'll see what I can do to escalate the issue.

Ah, I'm just realizing why no one got back. The request came in at the end of the day 2 nights ago and today is a national holiday in Italy.

Hi apschexn,
sorry you are experiencing this issue.
To change the base url did you modify the context path inside server.xml and the confluence option "Server Base Url" in the admin panel?
What version of the plugin/confluence are you using?
Can you create a new mockup with just a button, link it to another mockup and export the xml? You can send it to paolo@balsamiq.com
Thanks for your help,

Hi apschexn,
it seems to me that mockups appends in front of new links the baseurl of the website as specified in confluence configuration. Maybe in your case the context path is containing a "/wiki" or maybe you are using a more advanced configuration of the server?
We are inspecting the code to check if we can make some changes that will allow you to open links created on your previous installation/url, but this will require that we fix the new links creation first.

Hi apschexn,
you can try our prerelease version, build 559, that you can download from:
http://balsamiq.com/products/mockups/...
It should fix the links created with a different base url.
