Layout issue in Account Suspended page
When a user account is suspended due to not confirming within two days (through the link that was e-mailed), there is text that is superimposed at the top of the Account Suspended page, over the top nav. I was able to reproduce this on FF3.5 and IE8 on a Windows Vista machine. (Will test on Mac OS X later today at home.)
If I turn on Compatibility Mode in IE8 (i.e. renders as IE7), the text is not superimposed but rather offset to the right of the page's margin. See the screen shots attached.
I assume the desired effect was à la Mint.com, StackOverflow, etc. where the top of the page was pushed down.

Inappropriate? You are right, this is not ready for prime time. It's way under construction, of course. :-) We'll fix it before we ship, for sure!
