Language Support , Arabic Korean , UTF?
OK, I know you are limited by what Adobe can do and its going to take some time to get this implemented, so thats why I thought I'd get this request in early.
I'd love the ability to create mock ups of my UX models in the native language of my customers. (WHich can be anythign from English to Korean or Arabic).
Using mock ups has been an instant hit with my colleagues, and given that our biggest problem when designing eLearning content is communicating our concepts to teachers and officials who have little or no experience of working with digital content, I know how much the ability to include Arabic and other UTF text inside our mock ups would contribute.

P.S. We make large amounts of high grade Flex generated Flash content in Arabic so we know the difficulty involved. We also know how to make it work without waiting for Adobe to change their source. Let me know if you would like to know and I can put you in touch with some people...

Inappropriate?Hi Tom, thanks for the feature request. We plan on tackling this in January when we start requiring Flash Player 10, which has RTL support. I might hit you up for some help if we get stuck! :)

Please note that there are two distinct problems here to deal with: handling bi-directional text correctly, and enabling Arabic Shaping which allows Arabic script letters to join together to the correct type of words.
They are both specified in the Unicode Bidirectional Algorithm. I tried searching for details of RTL support in Flash Player 10, but couldn't find any detailed documents. But I found what seems to be a library for adding RTL support to Flash media:

Yesterday, I was looking at a mock-up that my colleague Wil had created using your software, Balsamiq, and I noted that there was a problem with Arabic Joining. Please fine the mockup here: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachme.... Specifically, the text فارسی in that mockup should appear as فارسی. I asked Wil what software he used to create the mockup, and he pointed out your software, and I decided to provide some feedback for you.
Arabic Joining (also known as Arabic Shaping in the software world) refers to the fact that characters in the Arabic script can take different shapes in order to join their previous or next character based on their position in a word. Shaping is part of the Unicode Bidirectional Algorithm <http://unicode.org/reports/tr9/>, and most text rendering libraries today provide some level of support for it. -
Inappropriate?You should do that! RTL support is a must, balsamiq is a great tool! so don't forbid people from UTF support.
