Keyboard resize goes haywire...

If you use the new keyboard resizing CTRL+ALT+ARROW you will notice its possible to resize the control negatively in the opposite direction. I tried this and a lot of strange stuff is happening - bizarre!!!

- Screen changes and background goes black
- In the reverse state, you cant re size with the mouse

I’m feeling its not right
