Inappropriate? The file - mockupsXWiki-pages-1.5.26.xar - is reported to have been modified yesterday at 06:58:06 AM EST and the size is 12553 bytes

Inappropriate?Hi Chris, sorry you hit this issue. Could you please tell me a bit more about the error? What do you mean with "I don't ever get the 5 files"? Can you show me a screenshot of what happens when you import the XAR?
-
Inappropriate? This is running on Fedora 10 with a version of the mockups that I downloaded this morning - mockupsXWiki-1.5.26.zip is what I downloaded.
-
Inappropriate?I realize that I posted this under "Ask a Question". Do I need to move it to "Report a problem", or is there a status update to this issue?
I’m frustrated
-
Hello Chris, could you please answer at my follow-up questions above? Your answers will help me diagnose your issue. -
Inappropriate? When I go to the import page, I'm able to find the xar file and upload it. When I select it, nothing happens - none of the enclosed documents seem to appear. I have gone and uploaded the default XAR from xwiki again to make sure the function still works and it did work.
-
Inappropriate?Hi Chris, I just uploaded the XAR, clicked on the name, and saw the following.

This is on Firefox on OS X. Could this be a javascript issue perhaps?
I wonder what else could be different between our systems...
-
Inappropriate?I was using FireFox on the machine it was installed, on another machine and was able to reproduce the problem. I also used separate downloads of Balsamic, both within 12 hours of each other, with the same result. Not to say this rules out javascript, I was able to successfully import the XAR from XWiki. You say that you wonder what could be different between our systems, I am running a pretty recent install of Fedora 10, with Tomcat, and Xwiki along with updates. I have turned off seLinux to make sure there were no issues there. Were you using the same download I was and is there a rev back that I could try?
-
I used today's build from http://www.balsamiq.com/products/mock... , but I know I haven't touched anything around the XAR since I first coded it.
What I will do is start Googling around for other people having the same issue with XWiki, and if that doesn't turn anything up I'll ask my contacts at XWiki SaS if they can help. Stay tuned for an update tomorrow and thanks for your patience in this matter. -
Inappropriate?I just downloaded the new build. I still get the "No documents found in the selected archive" when I click on the Mockups XAR and a load of documents found in the one from xwiki. I tried this from FireFox and IE. I don't want to have to rebuild but it is getting close unless you have some news from your other contacts.
-
Inappropriate?BTW, how big is your xar file? It should be around 16Kb. I put my most recent copy here: http://dl-client.getdropbox.com/u/417...
-
Inappropriate?Just gave it a try and it gave me the same results. Firefox just sits there, IE reports that there are no documents attached.
-
Inappropriate?Well now I've installed a new OS (Ubuntu) and XWiki, the default space they provide and I'm stuck with the same problem trying to get Mockups. Any ideas??
I’m disgusted
-
Hello Chris, sorry you're disgusted. Please understand that we are a small company and, while we try to get to everyone's issue, it might take a little time, especially when we cannot reproduce the problem in-house. -
Inappropriate?Hi Chris, I have checked with a contact who's an XWiki expert and they also said that the XAR looks good. A Google search for "xwiki xar import problem" resulted in these pages, which I hope will be helpful to you:
- http://platform.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/v... (perhaps you're running into a Java heap space Out Of Memory exception?)
- http://markmail.org/message/hwdfc36d7... (perhaps it's working but just taking a long time?)
I'll keep looking around.
