I'm already working on a personal project aimed to be an exporter from BMML files (the files saved by Mockups) to other formats and it currently generates web (intended as html+js+css) and Adobe Flex (MXML) code. A public beta is planned for the end of april and it will be announced as soon as it's available.
A specification about the BMML file format is anyhow available on the Balsamiq website at the address: http://balsamiq.com/products/mockups/... and it's useful if you are planning to write your personal converter.
