Exporting Mockups to word or PDF in Confluence doesn't seem to work. Is this a known issue?

Inappropriate? As far as I know, there is no word export. But PDF works well for me.
Working with Word, I just copy [Ctrl]+[Shift]+[C] a mockup and paste it as PNG image into Word. That's very fast for me. -
Hi Andi thanks for replying but Steve was referring to Mockups for Confluence. Confluence has both export to Word and PDF features. -
Yes Peldi, you're right. Somehow, I didn't spot the reference to confluence. :-/ -
Inappropriate?Hi Steve, it should all work as far as I know. What version of Confluence and of Mockups for Confluence are you using? I'd like to try and reproduce the bug over here.
-
Inappropriate? Thanks for all the comments it looks like the issue was that the pfd had dashes in the name and apparently this has been fixed in a newer version of the plugin. We are in the process of looking into upgrading the plugin. Thanks again for the responses.
I’m doing ok now.

Inappropriate?I am not seeing how to close this issue? Can someone point me in the right direction please. :p
-
I can do it now Steve, glad you're up and running again! -
Inappropriate?Giacomo,
Ok, sorry about this but after discussing this further with the support engineer I am not so sure that what I originally stated is the case. I was just passing on what I was told, but the info that he was basing his finding was on older documentation and it was for the desktop app not the confluence plugin.
this is what we are seeing:
There is a mockup attached the page in confluence (2.10.3), when the I select to export the page, the page is exported but the mockup is not.
We currently have 1.6.44 installed.
Is this expected behavior?
Should I open a new problem?
Thanks,
Steve -
Hi Steve, I have reopened this issue and I'll take a look on Confluence 2.10.3 with Mockups for Confluence 1.6.44. We'll get to the bottom of this, stick with us! :) -
Inappropriate?Giacomo,
Is there any update on this?
Thanks,
Steve -
So sorry Steve, I got side-tracked into a rat-hole for the last 3 days. I'll take a look on Monday if not sooner, promise. -
Inappropriate?Hi Steve, ok I finally got to this. I was able to fix export in PDF, but Word still doesn't work (not sure it ever worked actually, it's not Confluence's best feature IMHO)....
Anyways, can you please test the PDF export in the pre-release build here? http://www.balsamiq.com/products/mock...
I plan on shipping this live in the next few days.

Inappropriate?Giacomo,
I tested this out in our Dev environment and it looked like everything worked fine with the PDF export. Is this fixed and compatible with Conf 3.1.1? I ask because we are look to upgrade and I just want to make sure that this functionality will be available if we do.
Thanks for the help.
Steve

Yes, it should be. Let me go check right now! :) -
Inappropriate?OK Steve, I just tested on 3.1 and it works fine. Hurray!
So sorry this took so long.
I’m happy

Great, thanks Giacomo. Just want to make sure I am on the same page. This new build contains the fix for just the PDF export correct? Is there any plan on fixing the Word piece or is that more of an Atlassian issue? -
That's correct. I plan on spending more time on the Word export in the future, but I'm not keeping my hopes up for a great result...but never say never! :) -
Thanks for the help! I will keep my eye's peeled for any Word fixes. ;)
