Export to PDF needs to export at actual size. My pages are quite tall (I show lots below the fold) and I think that due to the different aspect ratio they have been shrunk.

Inappropriate?sounds like we need an option here. I don't usually like options, but I understand the two use-cases here: one for viewing (page size doesn't matter) and one for printing (for paper-prototyping sessions).

If you want to use the PDF as interactive mockup, it looks odd if the content are bigger / smaller in every page depending on what's on screen.
I put a big rectangle behind every mockup to be sure that the canvas size is the same for all the mockups but it is just a work around
