Easier way of moving columns in a grid?
Very often while working in the design of a page with data grids, I need to change the order of the columns (i.e. let's try to put "amount" after "quantity", or "quantity" before "product description"...)
However this is very cumbersome to do, once a grid is set up with all the dummy data. Currently I have to open the grid's text box and manually change the data of every record.
It would be very useful (and time saving) if I could just "drag & drop" a column to a new position, or if in the properties box I could change the ordering of the columns.
Is this something that can be done in any other way (which I am not aware of) o that you could implement in the near future?
Thx.
Rene

Inappropriate?Hi Rene, this is a good point and not something that can be done with Mockups today. I plan on adding a way to resize columns individually in the future, and drag+drop to move them around would be a nice addition to it as well...it's not an easy one and we have lots of high-priority bugs to fix first, but we'll get to it, thanks for requesting it so convincingly! :)
