can't see image import drop down

What is the latest version of Balsamiq? I have version Version: 1.1.91 - 10/29/2008 01:40 (Air) Flash Player Version: WIN 10,0,22,87 but when I add an image placeholder, I don't have the option of Importing images. I would like to import icons for cars, trucks, etc. that are not in the library. PS, I don't understand what the option 'myBalsamiq' is when you ask about products/services below. It might be the version I have, but I'm not sure. I download and installed on my computer. If I need to upgrade, then let me know.
