Bug: file changed prompt loop after renaming a file on disk
Bug: if you rename a file on disk Balsamiq prompts for file changes endlessly after you press cancel. It should probably do nothing if the underlying file is gone.
It also creates a file with the old name on disk after you rename it. That's worse, I didn't re-save anything.
