Automatic field label

Input items such as text boxes or combo controls may profit from having an automatically-placed label. The problem, however, is that a long alignment of controls and labels may be an issue where length is varying.

What if there was a "Label" control that could be linked to a set of placed input text, combo boxes and so forth? The label control would have the same vertical spacing as the linked control set, and could either be left, center or right-justified. Colons could also be an opt-in feature for the control.

The linking of a label control to a grouped set of other controls may be accomplished through a right-click context option, perhaps. Linking may be shown via a vector line to the set of grouped controls. Just a thought.
