Application Crashes and I have to continually reload app
Mockups for Desktop 1.5.15 continually crashes, will not close active mockup, and I constantly have to kill process and reload application. Love it when it is working though.

Inappropriate?Hi tmhr, I'm on it right now. What OS are you on? The latest version is 1.5.14, not 15...does it crash on startup or when you load some files? Send me an email with details please: peldi@balsamiq.com

Can you please try to install the version you can find here: http://www.balsamiq.com/products/mock... and letting me know if the problem persists? If you still have the issue, can you please zip up the contents of your Local Store folder and email it to me? -

Inappropriate?I reported this problem and just assumed that my request for help would go into the vast internet bit bucket - never to be heard form again.
To my amazement, I receive a response in less than an hour telling me that my problem was being investigated and I was asked for some more information.
Within a couple of days I had been given two or three circumventions and two software versions to test.
I have been in the IT software and networking business for over thirty years and this type of response is very rare.
I can tell you that I m completely impressed with the quality and the speed at which my problem was fixed.
Not only that but Balsamiq Mockup for Desk Top is an amazing product.
