Allow grid column widths to be configurable independently.

It would be good to switch off column width autosize in data grid, but give it a ratio or value.
1) First row as a special statement would set the column width ratios
2) First row as a special statement would set the column width values measured in... (cm, pixel, width of character "_"?)
"[r] 2, 1, 3" might mean that, the column width ratios are 2:1:3
"[v]15, 3, 10" might mean that, the column width values are 15:3:10
Too long text in cells has to be cut.

We can make it more user friendly by allowing user to choose the fields required in grid. By right clicking on any part of the grid, system shall display all the fields in grids and user can select those which are needed in the grid. (can use tick mark or checkbox etc)

I thought I had replied, but I don't see my comments here. I was thinking pixels, but any way to size would be fine. I understand that sizing interactively would be more difficult.

I wish I could drag the columns in a table to change their width.

Maybe it's here somewhere, but it'd be lovely to change the dimensions of the squares in the graph paper guide. (I'm not sure if this idea applies to the graph paper or to the data grids.)

Right now the squares are 33.333 pixels on each side, a repeating fraction, which is retarded. Also, too much to ask to have rulers along the top/side? I'm hoping the controls for these basics are hidden away for me to find as opposed to being unimplemented.

Otherwise it's great.

Just an add-on to my previous comments: controls don't have to be fancy to be easy. I'm thinking a little control box for the graph paper itself. No need for dragging things around.
