Add very basic icons to the icon library
Can you put in more generic icons into the Icon Library? The ones that are in there are great, but still when people review the UI they say 'oh I don't like that icon'. Then there is a long explanation that it isn't the icon, just a place holder, 'but I still don't like the idea of a ...' and it goes on. Simple circles with numbers 0-9 inside, filled/empty circles etc would be perfect.

Have you tried simply using the empty placeholder instead?
As for circles with numbers in it, sure that sounds easy. I'll add it to the list!

Inappropriate?Thanks Peldi, I'll keep an eye out. The numbers come in handy (in my case at least) as when everything goes over to the graphics guys I can say that icon '1' is always the same throughout the app.
