"Serious Mode" Option
Option for a more serious look. Part of the charm of this product is it's hand drawn pencil look. However, when doing mockups for customers, it feels a little "cartoonish". My concern is that customers will think we're not taking them seriously. I want to use this tool but with the informal look I feel that I can't. It's a great tool for working with customers on what a software user interface will look like and coming to agreement on features and limitations quickly. However, I can't really use it unless it looks more serious.

Inappropriate? As I understand it, the way one would use mockups is to quickly "mockup" something to show the customers and when they agree, start building it. But if they don't agree, you can quickly make changes until they do agree.
If the customer never agrees, then they aren't serious about having the work done. Do you seriously want that type of customer who wastes your time? (unless, of course, you're charging them for it).
I’m confused

Inappropriate?I "solved" this by buying Napkee extension.
I understand your problem. Some folks can't uimagine an interface when looking at a sketched mockup. Some other may think you're not serious with your little "microsoft paint" mockup.
Clients, and even some skateholders, are not web professionals. It is important to educate them step by step. -
